The fronts, sides, roof and base of the house are made in 3/8" MDF. The inner walls and floors are constructed in 1/4"MDF, while the individual window sashes are in 1/8" MDF. The two attic rooms are accessible by lifting the front of the roof. Two chimneys and two staircases complete this ready-to-assemble kit. Also included are  all exterior doors and windows,  full instructions, hinges, PVA glue and sandpaper. Please note: Houses are not painted. Accessories and transfers are not available to purchase.
