The house is manufactured with the front, sides, roof and base made in 3/8" MDF, the inner walls and floors are constructed from 1/4" MDF, while the individual window sashes are 1/8" MDF. Two chimneys and two staircases complete this ready-to assemble kit. All kits also include all exterior doors and windows, railings, full instructions, hinges, PVA glue and sandpaper.
