The 1/24th scale version of Henley Cottage retains most of the delightful features of the 1/12th scale property. The front of this house opens up completely, allowing access to the main rooms and two attic rooms. A miniature in miniature to give many hours of enjoyment to the collectors!

The house is manufactured with the fronts, sides, roof and base made in 1/4" MDF, the inner walls and floors are constructed from 5/16" MDF, while the individual window sashes are in 1/8" MDF. All kits also include all exterior doors and windows, railings, full instructions, hinges, PVA glue and sandpaper. Please note: Houses are not painted.
